Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the Manager Front Office with hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching of staff.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assign tasks and manage scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Ensure front desk runs smoothly and productively during shifts.
• Communicate with other managers about guest or operational concerns.
• Monitor hotel availability and front desk supplies and equipment.
• Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions and reports.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure prompt check-in/check-out.
