Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, register and direct them while providing customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean reception area following established procedures and safety regulations.
• Review and implement emergency procedures and respond to burglar and fire alarms.
• Monitor incidents via ThinkLP, Verizon Connect GPS and CCTV systems.
• Support Lakeshore's on-site child care center with safety, communication, and emergency assistance.
• Assist with administrative projects across the organization.
