Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise.
• Handle transactions and process payments at the Front Desk.
• Coordinate game rentals and merchandise sales with the team.
• Keep Front Desk area stocked, clean, and organized; restock menus and supplies.
• Manage wait times and seating flow to ensure fair seating and guest satisfaction.
