Dave & Buster's is seeking a friendly Front Desk Host to greet Guests, assist with game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences. You will process transactions, maintain a clean, stocked Front Desk, and support the team in a fast-paced, attention-to-customer environment.

The role requires strong communication, guest-focused service, and the ability to read and respond to guest needs with enthusiasm. 16+ age, flexible schedule, and team cooperation are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals and dining.
• Process transactions and handle merchandise sales at the Front Desk.
• Keep Front Desk area stocked and organized, ensure cleanliness.
• Communicate guest issues to management and escalate as needed.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies and gifts.
