The Carroll Companies are seeking a professional Gallery Host/Front Desk Associate to welcome guests with exceptional service, maintain a clean and inviting environment, and support hotel operations in Greensboro. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, smooth check-in/out, and informative service in a fast-paced setting.

Prospective candidates should have 1–2 years in hospitality, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask while providing accurate information and courteous

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hotel/hospitality experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency using MS Office and relative software systems.
• Trustworthy, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to customer service.
• Self-starter, proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including address and credit verification and balance bank posting.
• Provide exceptional guest assistance (luggage, directions, wake-up calls, future reservations).
• Bartend and cook on an as-needed basis.
• Offer information to guests and coordinate special service arrangements.
• Answer hotel phones courteously and follow hotel standards.
• Be familiar with POS system operation.
• Follow policies on cash, credit handling, safety and security.
