Open availability is required (days, evenings, weekends) with a 40 hour work week. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and exceptional service standards across the office environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' client service / reception experience in hospitality or corporate settings.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Greet employees and visitors, welcome with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Assist in making space reservations and escort guests throughout the office.
• Coordinate and arrange basic office equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Interface with vendors to provide seamless customer support.
