HEI Hotels & Resorts invites a friendly front desk associate to join the Sheraton Parsippany team in Parsippany‑Troy Hills, NJ. You will assist guests with arrival and departure, manage registrations and payments, and provide information on local attractions.

You will greet guests, input data into the computer system, handle cash and vouchers, and respond to phone inquiries. The role focuses on delivering exemplary guest service in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash, vouchers, and basic financial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing guest information.
• Comfortable using computer systems for registrations and updates.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide information on hours and local attractions.
• Complete the registration process and input guest data into the computer system.
• Manage payments, vouchers, and currency exchange as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve concerns or conflicts.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Remain calm and professional during busy periods and follow attendance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
