Job summary

Windsor Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join theEmbassy Suites team in Alpharetta. You will welcome guests at the front desk, check them in/out, handle payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and Bell staff to ensure a smooth stay.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service and guest satisfaction throughout the stay. As the first and last point of contact, you’ll stay calm under pressure and use your hotel knowledge to resolve requests.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to use personal judgment and hotel knowledge to resolve guest situations.
• Fine motor dexterity to operate a PMS system and computer equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with tact and courtesy.
• Flexibility to handle fast-paced front desk shifts.
• High attention to detail for guest accounts and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly and deliver outstanding service at the Front Desk.
• Issue room keys and provide escort or instructions as needed.
• Date-stamp and process mail and messages for guests.
• Check guests in and out accurately in the property management system.
• Transmit messages using hotel communication equipment and manage payments.
• Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
