Job summary

SwimKids Utah – Layton, UT is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for 10–20 hours per week. This role offers starting pay of $15–$16 per hour and a path to raises plus retention bonuses, good grades bonuses, free family swim lessons, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and using a computer.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by email, and by text.
• Help families understand program options and class schedules.
• Book and reschedule lessons while maintaining an accurate schedule.
• Keep instructor class rosters organized and up to date.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns with a positive attitude.
• Create a friendly, smooth experience for families every day.
