SwimKids Utah in Holladay, UT is seeking a Children's Swim Instructor for a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) with incentives. Starting pay is $15–$16 per hour, plus retention bonuses, student performance bonuses, paid training, and free family swim lessons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Comfortable being in the water for up to 5 hours per day.
• Able to tread water and ensure student safety.
• Effective communication with children and parents.
• Friendly, energetic, and optimistic personality.

• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group swim lessons.
• Teach water safety and swimming skills in a fun, engaging way.
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
