Job summary

SwimKids Utah in Holladay, UT is hiring a part-time Front Office Coordinator (10–20 hours/week) with growth and bonus opportunities. Starting pay is $15–$16/hr, with retention bonuses, good-grade bonuses, and free family swim lessons.

We promote from within and offer raises every 6 months, 401(k), parental leave, and a positive, energetic workplace. You’ll greet families, explain programs, book lessons, and keep schedules accurate to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for up to 3 hours.
• Proficient with computers and basic technology.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over email, and via text.
• Help families understand the program and class options.
• Book and reschedule lessons while keeping a clean, accurate schedule.
• Support instructors by keeping their class rosters organized and up to date.
• Use your problem‑solving skills to help resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Create a friendly, smooth experience for families every day.
