SwimKids Utah in Holladay, UT seeks an Aquatics Team Lead for a part-time role (15–29 hours/week) with $16–$22/hour pay, retention bonuses, PTO, and bonuses for good grades. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of swim instructors
• Help train new hires and reinforce company standards
• Ensure high-quality, consistent swim lessons and customer experiences
• Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed
• Provide excellent customer service to families
• Assist with front desk operations and scheduling
• Support the General Manager with daily operations
• Help create a positive, high-energy team culture
