Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Front Desk & Facilities Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of its Deer Park headquarters while assisting with office supply and facilities coordination across multiple locations. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, deliveries, and general front‑office needs while also taking ownership of office supplies, inventory, common‑area upkeep, facilities requests, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, detail‑oriented, and highly self‑directed. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and well‑organized office, notices what needs to be done without waiting for direction and is comfortable balancing routine responsibilities with occasional administrative projects.
