Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Parks in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to deliver friendly guest service and help manage daily park operations. You will greet guests, answer questions, process admissions, book jump sessions, and uphold safety and park rules with energy and a positive attitude.

You will work at the front desk, operate the POS system, and assist with promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with a professional attitude and appearance, upholding the park’s philosophy.
• Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly, professional manner.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel jump appointments.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including verifying customer waivers and processing sales transactions.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone entering and leaving the facility.
• Provide detailed descriptions of the park, birthday packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.
• Utilize the park computer system with skill and proficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Actively promote the park, birthday packages, sessions, retail items, programs, promotions, and discounts.
• Enhance guest experiences using our SMILES philosophy.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate and immediate responses to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Develop the ability to work independently and remain at the assigned post for extended periods.
• Communicate any issues or occurrences involving staff or guests to management as needed.
• Adhere to safety and incident reporting guidelines.
• Perform other services or duties as required by management.
