Responsibilities

• Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with a professional attitude and appearance.
• Enforce park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly manner.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Book, change, and cancel jump appointments.
• Operate POS system and verify waivers and process sales.
• Greet guests and provide information about services and hours.
• Describe park features, birthday packages, and programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Promote park offerings and discounts to guests.
• Respond to guest questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Work independently at the post for extended periods.
• Report issues to management and adhere to safety protocols.
