Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds politely to guests on arrival, arrival/departure, and in-house inquiries with information and services.
• Greets guests and completes check-in procedures, ensuring rooms are ready as requested.
• Handles check-out and closes guest accounts following procedures.
• Maintains cash handling accuracy and timely hotel charges at check-out.
• Communicates hotel rates and services, upselling where appropriate to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Answers questions and stays informed about in-house and local functions to assist guests.
