Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Must be flexible, dependable and a self-starter.
• Able to move at least 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assist Executive Team with administrative tasks.
• Answer phones in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Pick up at least 2 shifts per month.
• Assist in planning and evaluating activity programs.
• Observe resident attendance and involvement to guide activities.
