Stellar Senior Living in Utah is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Life Enrichment Assistant for a PRN, as-needed role in a large senior living community. The candidate will greet residents and visitors, support the executive team with administrative tasks, and help plan activity programs to enrich residents’ daily lives.

The role requires friendly, outgoing interaction, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, with flexible shifts including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Required to pick up at least 2 shifts per month
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the community
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated
• Involve the residents/families in planning activity programs when possible
