Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Provo, UT is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help run activities for both assisted living and memory care residents. You will lead exercise classes, sing-alongs, crafts, sports and art, and read aloud as part of a friendly, resident-focused team.

The role requires flexibility, dependability and a self-starter attitude; we offer flexible schedules including part-time and full-time, plus opportunities for training, on-demand pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, dependable and a self-starter.
• Food Handlers Permit.
• Able to move at least 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate activity programs for the community.
• Monitor resident attendance, mood, behavior and involvement to assess progress.
• Involve residents and families in planning activities when possible.
