Job summary

You will answer calls, direct customers to the right team, schedule appointments, and process payments while maintaining accurate records and supporting office operations.

This licensing‑contingent role offers training toward an Arkansas Property & Casualty license, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable with customer conversations and identifying opportunities to support the sales team.
• Previous receptionist, hospitality, retail, banking, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
