Client Engagement: Actively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Policy Management: Oversee and manage client insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and policy changes.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborative Communication: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Experience: At least two years in a customer service or insurance-related role, preferably in account management.
Licensing: A valid Arkansas Property and Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain one within three months of employment. Licensing assistance available.
Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients easily.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical ability to resolve client concerns and issues efficiently.
Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and efficient management of various client accounts and requests.
