This role involves clerical tasks, data entry, mail handling, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy office. The position is in-office, Mon-Fri, with wage range $17.72 to $21.54 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Reliability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide forms and information to visitors.
• Support employees with online training questions.
• Receive and share feedback from visitors and staff.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls with basic information.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Assist with clerical tasks and data entry.
• Prepare packets and manage mail distribution.
