Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership.
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries.
• Scan customer information into the system and maintain records.
• Perform filing and data entry tasks with accuracy.
• Process receipts and support sales staff with paperwork.
• Maintain supply of deal jackets for the Sales Floor.
• Manage the Plate Log and distribute plates as needed.
• Process print and email queues daily in the system.
• Prepare folders and mark appointments as Show/No Show.
• Assist the Funding & Titling team and perform related duties.
