Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC. is seeking a Customer Advocate to assist customers with self-service experiences, resolve issues, and improve overall satisfaction.

The role focuses on accurate order processing, account support, and claims resolution within a fast-paced beverage-distribution environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, federal guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts and complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the self-service order process.
• Answer inquiries about customer accounts.
• Keypunch supplier and sample withdrawals.
• Manage imaging and indexing of customer files.
• Research shortages and mis-shipped claims.
• Process orders and pickups; handle service queue.
• Process winery direct orders and update records.
