Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Customer Advocate to assist customers with self-service orders, answer account questions, and process orders and pickups. The role involves resolving shortages and miss-ship claims while coordinating with sales and A/R teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1 year of experience, and strong Excel skills for data tasks and accuracy.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge with GAAP, federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas.

Mansioni

• Navigate customers through the self-service portal and order submissions.
• Answer inquiries regarding customers' accounts and transactions.
• Process orders, pickups, and related activities.
• Handle calls from the customer service queue and support agents.
• Research shortages and miss-ship claims to resolve issues.
