Jaguar Land Rover South Dade is hiring a full-time Customer Care Specialist for the front desk to greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct customers. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.

The incumbent will be the first point of contact and represent the company positively, guiding visitors to the right information and departments while delivering high service standards.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience with high walk-in traffic.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors in a cheerful, upbeat manner and direct them to destinations.
• Assist in uploading factory parts invoices.
• Assist in uploading/reviewing dealer tire invoices to DI.
• Operate telephone switchboard, answer calls, screen, forward, and take messages.
• Process vendor invoices for parts and create purchase orders for payment.
• Provide information about the company, departments, and services.
• Maintain lobby/reception area in a clean and organized state.
• Hear and resolve customer complaints and support staff as needed.
• Transmit information or documents to customers via computer, mail, or fax.
• Participate in required training and keep staff availability up to date.
