Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter, identify purpose of visit, and direct them to the correct department.
• Answer and screen phone calls, provide information, and take messages.
• Assist in uploading factory parts invoices.
• Assist in uploading dealer tire invoices to DI.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and reception area.
• Transmit information or documents to customers by mail, fax, or email.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with sales staff and other departments.
• Participate in required training.
