Marshalls at USA Marshalls Store 0118 in Indianapolis seeks a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store safety, and assist customers. You will wear a body worn camera, maintain a professional front-of-store stance, and collaborate with store teams to protect the company brand.

The role requires reliable communication, initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods. 0–2 years in retail or security is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front-of-store presence and professional posture.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear a body worn camera.
• Review Store Emergency Response Guide and follow procedures.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or management.
• Conclude shifts with a closing safety sweep of the store.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
