Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with prompt, courteous service.
• Assist with questions and product selection at front desk.
• Maintain positive attitude and take initiative.
• Communicate effectively with team via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain product knowledge for front desk merchandise.
• Operate Club Ready POS for payments and inquiries.
• Process memberships and service payments; manage promotions.
• Uphold Anatomy’s aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
• Answer questions about classes, instructors, and schedule.
• Ensure front desk cleanliness and professional image.
