Idaho Department of Fish and Game in Coeur d’Alene seeks a dynamic Customer Service Representative 2 to deliver front-line service in a Panhandle regional office. You’ll greet visitors, answer questions on regulations, licenses, hunting maps, and assists with hunter education while reconciling payments and handling information requests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of interviewing methods, practices.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations or policies.
• Experience accessing data using computerized systems.
• Experience independently handling complaints from customers.
• Experience conducting sensitive one-on-one interviews.
• Experience working with multiple electronic devices and data records.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line customer service and multi-tasking tasks such as greeting visitors, answering questions about regulations, licenses, maps, and services; selling licenses and permits; assisting with hunter education; distributing information materials; addressing issues with wildlife.
• Perform office support like producing labels, forms, and routine letters; verify applications; maintain records.
• Receive payments by cash, check, or debit cards; reconcile sales reports and deposits.
• Respond in writing to requests for program information.
