Responsibilities

  • Greets members and guests to create a welcoming environment.
  • Develops positive relationships with members.
  • Answers phone calls and returns messages as needed.
  • Receives and communicates member feedback to management.
  • Cleans fitness center and equipment.
  • Notifies management of equipment needs.
  • Supports data entry for Fitness Center and Pool usage and reporting.
  • Assists in creating, printing/copying and posting marketing materials.
  • Schedules residents for orientations and assessments.
  • Reports software issues to the Tech Team via the MCEP system.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly

The Resort at The Bridge District is a newly opened, resort-style resident amenity center featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, Movement Room, resort-style pool, resident lounge, game room, co-working space, and outdoor recreation areas. We offer growing fitness and wellness programming, community events, and resident services in a modern, hospitality-focused environment. Seeking a dependable, professional, and hospitality-minded team member to provide front desk and facility coverage as needed. Responsibilities may include welcoming residents and guests, monitoring amenity spaces, assisting with basic resident questions, maintaining facility presentation, supporting programs and events, and communicating any operational needs to the management team. Ideal candidates are comfortable working independently and providing friendly, proactive customer service.

Summary:

Front desk staff make our clients feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized. As a team member, they are responsible for participating in programming and events in order to ensure optimal performance.

Essential Functions:
  • Greets all members and guests to create welcoming environment
  • Develops positive relationships with members
  • Answers incoming phone calls and provides messages or returns calls as needed
  • Accepts member feedback and concerns professionally and communicates to management
  • Cleaning of fitness center and equipment
  • Notifies management of equipment needs
  • Supports data entry projects related to Fitness Center and Pool usage and reporting.
  • Supports on creation, printing/copying and posting marketing materials as needed
  • Assists in scheduling residents for orientations and assessments
  • Communicates any MCEP user issues to direct supervisor and submits "Report a Bug" tickets to Tech Team through the MCEP as needed.
