Milestone Treatment Center in Virginia Beach is seeking an energetic Front Desk Receptionist to create a welcoming experience for patients and visitors. You’ll manage front desk tasks, scheduling, data entry, and day-to-day flow with professionalism and care.

This role blends customer service with organization in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You’ll support a team, handle calls, and help maintain confidential records while staying calm and friendly throughout the day.

Qualificações

• Experience in reception/administrative roles preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and friendly phone presence.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients, visitors, families, and team members.
• Greet everyone professionally and help create a friendly, respectful environment.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with courteous, helpful service.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, calendars, and front desk coordination.
• Maintain an organized, efficient flow throughout the facility.
• Complete data entry, filing, documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized patient and office records with confidentiality in mind.
• Support with mail, office supplies, and general organization.
• Communicate important information to the clinical or administrative team.
