RiverWoods Exeter in Exeter, NH is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist to provide welcoming, professional service to residents, families and staff. The role supports daily operations and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two years of receptionist/secretarial experience.
• Experience with computers, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Notary preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors in a friendly, helpful, and responsive manner.
• Answer multi-line telephone in a professional, friendly and responsive manner.
• Communicate to staff and concierge on a two-way radio.
• Process all outgoing and incoming mail.
• Booking guest room reservations for resident's family and guest.
