Job summary

RiverMead in Peterborough, NH, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Resident Services team. As the first contact for residents, families and visitors, you will greet people, answer phones, coordinate appointments and provide clerical support in a warm, professional environment.

The role offers weekday hours 11:30am–7:00pm with occasional weekends, and requires excellent communication, organization and a courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of reception/clerical experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
• Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
• Manage security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
