CASSES CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC PC in Carlisle, PA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, and collect payment information while delivering warm, patient-centered service.

This role requires excellent communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment. Hours are Mon/Wed/Fri 2:00–7:00 pm, with opportunities to grow as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient care.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and provide a welcoming environment.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist with paperwork.
• Prepare daily treatment documents.
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients.
• Oversee daily schedule.
