Boardroom Salon for Men in Frisco, TX is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a full‑time role at our Frisco Three Corners location. You will greet clients by name, manage the calendar, handle check‑ins/outs, and ensure smooth operation across all chairs.

We value warm hospitality, polished communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure on busy Saturdays. We offer competitive hourly pay with a monthly bonus, benefits after 90 days, and real opportunities for growth in a founder‑brand

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk or client-facing roles (preferred).
• Calm and composed under pressure – busy Saturdays do not rattle you.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with salon or reservation software.
• Polished professional appearance and strong verbal communication.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• A genuine desire to grow – we promote from within.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients by name and manage floor flow to avoid waiting.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing accurately.
• Manage the appointment calendar and keep scheduling smooth across chairs.
• Field phone calls and emails professionally – represent the brand with every interaction.
• Resolve client concerns on the spot with calm confidence and good judgment.
• Keep lobby, retail display, and front desk area immaculate and stocked.
• Support service team so they may focus on delivering great cuts.
• Execute opening and closing procedures reliably every shift.
