The Front Desk Manager collaborates with the Stylist Manager, coordinates staffing and training, and ensures excellent client service across all touchpoints at the Fort Worth salon.

• Maintain inventory and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, coach and develop team members to understand the Boardroom way.

• Monitor performance and provide coaching and development.
• Oversee daily banking, expenditures and money handling.
