Job description

Cowboys & Angels Salon is currently seeking a personable, motivated, organized candidate to become part of our salon support team. At Cowboys & Angels, we celebrate the spirit of individuality. It’s the cornerstone of our culture, the very essence of who we are and the basis for all that we have to offer. From our ever-growing presence in San Francisco, both as a salon and in the pages of magazines, Cowboys & Angels has stayed on the pulse of the beauty and fashion world since our start over 20 years ago. We are seeking a candidate with relevant customer service / hospitality experience and strong communication and multitasking skills. Previous experience in the field is a plus and the position offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to grow within the salon. We are currently offering a full-time position at a competitive salary.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Experience from beauty/salon/spa industry or other relevant customer service/hospitality industry (ie, restaurant or hotel)
* Passion for customer service on all levels and the ability to make an incredible first impression
* An outgoing and positive attitude with strong communication & phone skills and the ability to successfully interact with a wide range of personalities
* Team player with strong sense of integrity, accountability & responsibility
* Ability to leverage retail and service opportunities to maximize every guest experience
* Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Internet, etc.). * * Knowledge of STX software is extremely valuable.
