Immediate Opening: Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator – Livermore Law Office

We are a busy and well-established law office in Livermore seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team full-time.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a multi-line phone system, warmly greeting clients and visitors, and will serve as the first impression of our firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a polished, courteous demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors; offer refreshments and notify team members of arrivals
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; explain and pre-sell legal services; schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail; scan, sort, and distribute to appropriate team members
  • Open new client files; calendar appointments and deadlines; assist with data entry, routine correspondence, and billing
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Punctual, dependable, and professionally presented
  • Friendly and confident with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general data entry
  • Prior administrative or front office experience preferred
  • Some college education and relevant work/life experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, in office
  • Compensation is negotiable and based on experience
  • Benefits include paid vacation and 401(k)
  • Health insurance will be available
