Job summary

Esthetic Finesse is a boutique med spa opening a flagship in Scottsdale in early 2027. We seek a front desk leader to own the patient check-in and experience, greet by name, and manage payments with care.

You will call new patients before visits, follow up after, book calls when needed, and keep daily records accurate. Base pay is $25/hour with commission and a monthly bonus plus employee discounts on services.

Qualifications

• Experience at front desk or similar role with till management.
• Ability to greet patients and handle payments with accuracy.
• Comfort with phone outreach and scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient by name and check them in without friction.
• Call new patients before first visit and follow up after visits.
• Answer calls when coordinator is unavailable and book the caller.
• Process payments, schedule next visits, and add skincare as directed.
• Maintain accurate daily patient records and close them daily.
• Keep the desk calm during busy moments.

Esthetic Finesse is a small, provider-led med spa with 600+ five-star Google reviews and a new flagship location opening in Scottsdale in early 2027. We treat the whole face on a method, not a menu, and we would rather educate a patient than sell them something. Our front desk is the first face in the door. We are hiring someone to own it.

What you will do

• Greet every patient by name and get them checked in without friction
• Call every new patient before their first visit so they know what to expect, and again two weeks after so they feel looked after
• Pick up the phone when our patient coordinator cannot, and book the caller
• Check patients out: take payment, book their next visit, and add the skincare their provider set aside for them
• Keep our daily patient record accurate and closed out every day
• Keep the desk calm when three things happen at once
• Keep what our patients tell you between you and the team

Who does well here

• Warm with strangers in the first 30 seconds, and steady at the end of a long day
• Comfortable making a warm phone call and comfortable asking for a card
• Accurate with money, forms and details
• Honest, on time, and says what they mean
• Has worked a front desk, salon, dental office, hotel or retail register where a schedule and a till mattered

Schedule and pay

Full time, Monday to Friday plus one Saturday a month. $25 an hour base, plus commission and a monthly bonus. Employee discount on all Esthetic Finesse services.
