Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Tucson, AZ is seeking a hybrid Front Bar Receptionist and Licensed Esthetician to deliver skincare services, advise on products, and welcome clients with exceptional service.

You will drive retail sales, support daily operations, maintain brand standards, and uphold safety and sanitation protocols in a fast-paced environment. New grads are encouraged to apply, with flexible evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Arizona esthetics or cosmetology license required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• 1+ year of client service or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
• Perform FACE FOUNDRIÉ skincare services per protocols and safety standards.
• Consult with clients and create personalized service and product recommendations.
• Educate clients on services, memberships, enhancements, and skincare products.
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products.
• Support membership conversion, client rebooking, and retention goals.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
• Support client booking, check-in, checkout, and front bar tasks.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and inventory awareness.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities.

Position Overview

This unique hybrid position combines the responsibilities of a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Front Bar Receptionist and Licensed Esthetician. You’ll be at the center of the client experience, providing professional skincare services, sharing product knowledge, and creating personalized recommendations while also welcoming clients, supporting daily operations, driving retail sales, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Consult with clients and create personalized service and product recommendations
• Educate clients on services, memberships, enhancements, and skincare products
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products
• Support membership conversion, client rebooking, and retention goals
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule
• Support client booking, check-in, checkout, and front bar responsibilities
• Support daily operational tasks
• Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained throughout the store
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board compliance standards

Required Availability

• Sunday: 9:00 AM-6:30 PM
• Monday: 2:00 PM-7:30 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM-7:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM-7:30 PM, as needed

Compensation

• Front Bar hours: $15.15 per hour
• Esthetician hours: $13.00 per hour plus commission + tips
