Responsibilities

Skills Required to Make a Great "Impression" on Our Team

  • Dependability and skill in handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end-of-day reports to keep our patients worry-free.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, photocopying, answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling, verifying, and confirming patient appointments.
  • Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge.
  • Present financial policies, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage as appropriate.
  • Track appointments due to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
