The role requires a friendly personality, cash-handling skills, and strong phone etiquette. Evening and weekend availability is expected; multiple shifts, including full-time and part-time, are offered.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet every guest and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage check-ins, the wait list, and appointment flow
• Answer phones and respond to guest questionsProcess payments and handle cash accurately
• Recommend and sell retail hair care products
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized
