Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Dallas, TX is seeking Front Desk Coordinators to join a fast-paced, high-volume team where hospitality and energy shape the guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage check-ins and the wait list, answer phones, process payments, and help guests select retail hair care products, while keeping the lobby welcoming and organized.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet every guest and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage check-ins, the wait list, and appointment flow
• Answer phones and respond to guest questionsProcess payments and handle cash accurately
• Recommend and sell retail hair care products
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized
