Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring Front Desk Coordinators in Fort Worth, TX. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, appointment flow, and answer phones while processing payments and selling retail products. This role requires an outgoing, friendly personality and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced salon environment.

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is looking for outgoing Front Desk Coordinators who want a career in a high-volume, fast-paced business where the music coming through the speakers is as diverse as our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet every guest and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage check-ins, the wait list, and appointment flow
• Answer phones and respond to guest questionsProcess payments and handle cash accurately
• Recommend and sell retail hair care products
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized
