Join Our Team as a Front Desk Coordinator at North American Dental Group (NADG)

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join us as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role offers a pay rate of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, with full-time hours and no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Handle financial transactions, insurance verification, and end-of-day reports with accuracy and dependability.
  • Perform clerical duties including mail handling, scanning, photocopying, answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments.
  • Explain dental procedures and services to patients, and present financial policies and payment options.
  • Manage appointment schedules, including tracking no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with dental software, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new programs.
