Job summary

Touchmark at Coffee Creek is seeking a Front Desk Concierge - Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday to warmly welcome visitors, answer phones, and assist residents and guests.

In this on-site role, you will provide information, coordinate with other departments, and help maintain a safe, friendly environment for our aging community.

We value compassionate service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Understanding of safety procedures and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Answer and monitor phone calls, directing inquiries as needed.
• Greet residents, visitors and guests warmly and provide information.
• Support other departments and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Carry out regular rounds of the campus to support residents’ well-being and safety.

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge - Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday.

As the Concierge - Receptionist,you will enrich lives each day by warmly welcoming and directing all incoming visitors and guests, as well as become a “go-to” person for residents, guests and team members who have questions or need assistance overnight. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to answering and monitoring phone calls, responding to resident concerns, providing support for other departments, carrying out regular rounds of the campus to support the overall well-being of the Touchmark community.

The ideal candidate will:

• A sincere commitment to memorable customer service and hospitality
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have some experience in a customer service or hospitality position
• Have experience and/or understanding of security procedures
• Have CPR/First Aid certification
• Have an enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Be comfortable answering phones while greeting and providing information to residents, prospective residents and guests
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
