Job summary

Touchmark in Helena, MT is seeking a compassionate Concierge to provide personalized care and resident support in a multi-level senior living community. This dynamic part-time role blends caregiving with concierge services to enhance daily life for residents.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CNA preferred, CPR/First Aid, and 1–2 years of caregiving or customer service experience with older adults. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA preferred.
• 1–2 years of caregiving or customer service experience with older adults.
• CPR and First Aid certified; Food Handler’s permit a plus.
• Organized, empathetic, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable moving around a multi-level community and lifting up to 50–60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Fulfill concierge tasks like driving, errands, pet care, and tech support.
• Promote and manage fee-based resident service program with focus on satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with basic activities of daily living, assistance with medical appointments, and other caregiving related tasks.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful, life-enriching activities.
• Fulfill concierge tasks like driving, errands, pet care, and technology support.
• Promote and manage our fee-based resident service program with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and a welcoming environment.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; C.N.A. certification preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in caregiving or customer service, ideally with older adults.
• CPR and First Aid certified; Food Handler’s permit a plus.
• Organized, empathetic, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable moving around a multi-level community and lifting up to 50-60 lbs.
