Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer questions, and direct calls within the community. You will handle guest sign-in, mail tasks, and basic clerical work to support daily operations.

The role involves responding to resident emergencies as needed and collaborating with staff to maintain a welcoming, secure environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

• Receptionists greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Greets all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
• May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
