Qualifications

• One or more years of clerical experience, preferably in healthcare.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be maintained during employment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet visitors, residents, and staff and direct them as needed.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure prompt communication.
• Provide information about the facility, resident status, services, and general inquiries.
• Manage mail, packages, deliveries, scheduling, filing, data entry and other light clerical tasks.
• Keep accurate records of visitors and appointments with confidentiality.
